Changes to bookings may be subject to fees or penalties. Travel Trust will outline any applicable fees or penalties at the time of request.

4. Travel Documents:

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required documentation.

Travel Trust is not liable for any consequences resulting from travelers' failure to obtain required travel documents.

5. Travel Insurance:

Travel Trust strongly recommends that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of belongings.

6. Health and Safety:

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically capable of participating in their chosen activities.

Travel Trust is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during travel.

7. Liability:

Travel Trust acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not liable for any actions, errors, or omissions of these third-party providers.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided by Travel Trust.
